At Trusted Tote, your satisfaction is our priority. We handle pre-owned designer items and encourage you to review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 30 days of the delivery date. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any handbag that has been used or damaged by the customer after it has been opened.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
